- Can I visit factory? Will it be fine to arrange transportation for me?
Dear, it is our pleasure to invite you to visit our factory. Our factory is located at Chaozhou city, Guangdong, the nearest high speed train station is Chaoshan, which will take about 2 hours 30 minutes from Guangzhou city to Chaoshan station, we can pick you up at station to our factory, also to the hotel.
- Does your factory have the design and development capabilities,we need the customized products?
The staffs in our R&D department are well experienced in the faucet industry, with more than 5 to 10 years experience. Every year, we will launch 2 to 3 new series to keep out customers in a competitive stage. We can make customized products especially for you,please kindly contact us for more details.
- What is the delivery time?
60 days after receiving the deposit for the first order, and 45 days for repeat orders. Depends on the quantity of your order.
- What is the payment term?
30% deposit,70% paid by T/T within 20 days after shipment(AGAINST FAX OF BL COPY)
