- Can your factory print our brand or logo on the product?
Yes, we can print the customer’s logo on the product, provided we have permission from the customer. Customers need to provide us with a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print the customer’s logo on the product.
- Do you provide samples? is it free?
Yes. For factory existing models, a free sample can be provided within 3 days after receiving your free sample application, but freight is negotiable, some potential projects, we’d like to offer for FREE.
For customized models, the sample cost and sample time depend on the actual condition.
- What is the delivery time?
60 days after receiving the deposit for the first order, 45 days for the repeat order. Depends on the quantity of your order.
- What is the payment term?
30% deposit,70% paid by T/T within 20 days after shipment(AGAINST FAX OF BL COPY)
- Can we use our own logo for packing?
